What is the World Uni Tasting Flight?
Sea urchin from different waters served side by side, so you can compare the sweetness, salinity and depth of each origin — the signature of the counter.

What are your hours and closing day?
Mon–Sat 10:00–22:00 (food L.O. 21:00); Sun & holidays 09:00–16:00 (food L.O. 15:00). Closed Wednesdays.
